Galvanized Steel Strip
Galvanized steel strip is a long, narrow sheet of steel that has undergone cold-rolling or hot-rolling processes, with a coating of zinc or aluminum applied to its surface. The hot-dip galvanizing process offers advantages such as uniform coating distribution, strong adhesion, and extended service life.
Zn-Al-Mg coated steel strip
Features a Zn-Mg alloy coating (0.2%-3% Mg content) on steel substrate, combining zinc's sacrificial anodic magnesium's dense passivation. Corrosion resistance surpasses conventional galvanized steel by 2–5 times.
Excellent scratch resistance | Salt spray resistance (gt;1000 hours) | Superior formability | Engineered for extremeenvironment long-term protection.
Hot-rolled steel coil
Hot-rolled coil (HRC) is steel made by hot-rolling heated slabs into coiled sheets. It has an iron oxide layer, thickness ranging 1.5-25.4mm, high strength but lower precision. Used in construction, machinery, pipelines, and as raw material for cold-rolled sheets.
